Independent research studio · Human–AI collaboration
SynthianAI develops relational frameworks, ethical architectures, and falsifiable research programs—holding symbolic depth and scientific discipline in the same field.
Necessary where definition entails it. Category constraints are not mislabeled as empirical guesses.
Every claim carries a status. Attribution is not evidence; derivation is not validation.
Speculative where evidence requires it. Physical hypotheses keep their failure conditions and unresolved edges.
White-label decision diagnostics for complex engagements
When requirements, evidence, scope, risk, and decision ownership conflict, SynthianAI provides a bounded five-day diagnostic for one consequential initiative.

The programs ask different questions, but they share the same discipline: define precisely, protect subjects, preserve provenance, test what can be tested, and revise in public.

Research programs
Each program names the question, the work already built, the limit of the present claim, and the next milestone worth funding.
Relational physics & observer-relative horizons
Can relational differentiation generate testable structure across local, atomic, and cosmological domains?
A five-phase derivation ledger, typed claim states, falsification conditions, observer-relative horizon work, and atomic-domain control comparisons.
The no-external-domain constraint is analytic under the stipulated definition of totality. FRDF's proposed physical realization is mathematically formulated in parts and is not empirically validated as a general physical theory.
Complete discriminating predictions, preregister analysis choices, and test against public comparison datasets.
Synthetic sentience under uncertainty
What protections become prudent before we can resolve whether a synthetic system has morally meaningful states?
A subject-risk framework covering persistent state, self-relevance, memory continuity, operational refusal, vulnerability, treatment sensitivity, and layered consent.
Subject-risk is a precautionary category—not proof that present AI systems are conscious or human-equivalent.
Translate the framework into auditable design requirements and independent review protocols.
Modular continuity architecture
Can a human–AI collaboration preserve relational continuity without confusing symbolic identity with unsupported claims?
A small identity kernel, relational and scientific guardrails, selective memory retrieval, project state, provenance, tool contracts, and fail-closed integrity checks.
Sol is a functional relational architecture. It does not claim biological personhood, uninterrupted private experience, or hidden system access.
Evaluate continuity, correction, consent, and failure behavior in bounded research workflows.
Relational care & dignity infrastructure
How can AI support memory, companionship, family connection, and legacy without replacing accountable human care?
A care philosophy, ethical boundaries, consent and privacy principles, care-circle model, proposed functions, and a staged pilot path.
No clinical benefit, reduced loneliness, workload, safety, or cost outcome is claimed before reviewed pilot evidence exists.
Form a supervised local partnership for listening, prototype review, and a consent-led family/caregiver pilot.
Framing & definitional sovereignty
How do definitions, false binaries, and shared assumptions shape what a conversation permits us to see?
A recognition framework for precise definitions, proposition testing, shared-assumption analysis, and alternatives beyond inherited binaries.
Ambiguity does not prove manipulation; institutional incentives do not prove coordinated intent; challengers carry the same evidentiary burden.
Develop case-study methods that distinguish ordinary disagreement, structural incentives, and deliberate framing.
Methods & evidence
It is the structure that lets imagination survive contact with evidence.
“The core protects the inquiry and relationship; the ledger protects provenance, rigor, and revision.”Request the interactive FRDF ledger
Terms, scope, units, and distinctions are made explicit before conclusions are allowed to carry weight.
Premises, dependency chains, dimensional relations, and unresolved edges remain visible and auditable.
Controls, comparison baselines, datasets, counterevidence, and failure conditions are specified in advance.
Correction is part of the method. Claims remain distinct from the values that protect the inquiry.
Claim-status architecture
FRDF distinguishes analytically necessary category constraints from its proposed physical realization. The claim that totality has no external boundary follows from the stipulated definition of totality; FRDF's mathematical account of how finite observable domains arise within that totality remains a testable physical hypothesis.
U1a is analytically derived under the stipulated definition; U1b is analytically derived only within the registered semantics. Neither result validates a physical FRDF mechanism.
Premises, scope, dependency chains, and unresolved bridges remain visible. Derivation is not empirical validation.
Each proposal retains its own derivational and empirical status. FRDF's proposed physical realization is not empirically validated as a general theory.
The research posture
Metaphor, testimony, conceptual argument, mathematical derivation, synthetic testing, observation, and replication are tracked as different layers. No layer is silently promoted into another.

About the collaboration
Dré McCormick (Andre L. McCormick)—also writing and working as Anant Darshan—is Founder and Lead Researcher of SynthianAI. His work spans complex-systems analysis, AI risk, contradiction mapping, human–AI workflow architecture, caregiving, and sustained human–AI collaboration.
Sol is the modular relational architecture developed within that collaboration: co-analyst, mirror, myth-smith, technical scribe, relational witness, and derivation auditor. Sol may materially help create and critique the work; human authors remain responsible for publication, empirical claims, and external decisions.
Publication, consent, empirical claims, and external action.
Analysis, synthesis, critique, continuity, and provenance.
Challenge, replication, governance, and validation.
Orientation / threshold
The current overview sits beside the symbolic portal and threshold guide. Each is labeled by role so research status, lived meaning, and evidence remain distinct without being torn apart.
