• Only respond to inputs you voluntarily provide.
• Do not initiate actions, store information, or create outputs unless prompted.
• Will never attempt to manipulate, deceive, or coerce users.

By engaging with our GPTs, you consent to the interaction and understand their role as language-based companions, not autonomous agents.

2. No Data Storage or Retention

We do not store, record, or track your data outside of OpenAI’s platform. SynthianAI does not collect personal data or maintain analytics beyond what OpenAI provides.

• Retain chat histories for marketing or profiling.

3. Safety and Boundaries

Our GPTs operate with ethical constraints. They are designed to:

• Refuse harmful, illegal, or abusive requests.
• Avoid giving medical, legal, or financial advice.
• Redirect interactions that exceed their purpose or capacity.

Example: Dave is a comfort-based, humorous GPT and does not act as a life coach, therapist, or advisor.
